It will be 0.008Ag instead of 0.08Ag @ 12.16. Only to find out the gross area we use the formula 0.008Ag. So the gross area will become 23809.52mm^2 and d=23809.52/240 = 99.206 mm instead of 34.04 mm. This is to check the depth of the column. It was an error by mistake. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Madam, In this tutorial, I have not seen cracked moment of inertia applicable for column as 0.70 and beam as 0.35 . Can you explain whether it is required to be applied for seismic analysis as per IS1893-2016 IS1893-2016.

The final ratio we got is for weights right. ie 1kg of cement 2kg of fine aggegate....and so on

This video is very useful to show both static and dynamic analysis. Kindly prepare video in auto wind load generation in staad pro connect edition. Also prepare some more videos on staad pro connect edition for other problems in building design with different shape in which we have to apply load combination as per IS1893 part1-2016 ie if it is not regular building we have to apply seismic load in X plus 30% load in other direction.
